Here at Rep 22 Sports Management Group, we have real experience in evaluating film and can guide you in the do’s and don’ts when it comes to submitting and building quality film for schools. We also assist you on things we see to improve your gameplay and leveling up on the competition.

Our goal is to be with you throughout your football journey. We are in the process of obtaining an NFLPA certification, but for now we are working with our elite throughout their high school and college journeys.

The honest answer here, No. We only work with select athletes who are considered to betop-tier . While most recruiting firms take in any client and their family who will pay a fee, we hand select our clients to ensure the ultimate success and eliminate distractions for both parties. The process is a journey for an extended period and we owe it to our clients to provide the best care and most attention available.
